Purple ring on leg : New or old since birth? if old - congenital hemangioma, if new could be lyme rash, or erythema nodosum a sign of possible infection like strep, viral fungal, or sarcoid or due to birth control pills or other medications or erythema multiforma ( from meds/infection), granuloma annulare,or more serious purpura from bleeding issues like TTP(fever) or Henoch-Scholein purpura f/u/ w MD today.
