Accidentally took 2 pills of 12 hour mucinex d maximum strength instead of 1. 1200mg guaifenesin & 120mg pseudospheine hcl per pill. what is the risk of too much? can i take more after 24 hours since i took the two? what should i do?

MucinexD: The pseudoephedrine component is a stimulant, can cause increase in heart rate, blood pressure and cause shakiness. If you note none of these side effects you should be able to take a dose after 24 hours.
