Nausea can be due to many things, such as: stomach virus infection, other viral infection (such as the flu), some bacterial infections (such as strep throat), gastric reflux (heartburn), gastritis (may be H. pylori), gall bladder disease, certain tumors or cancers, pregnancy, some kidney diseases, medications, etc...
