Due to doubleseronegative myasthenia gravis doctor prescribed prednisolone 40mg once in a day and it starts working after one hour of taking and last for 12-14 hours after that i feel tired. what shall i do. how to identify my condition and treat it?

Fatigue: Have you been tested for associated hypothyroidism or other autoimmune disease to account for your fatigue?. Fatigue is also a common problem in myasthenia gravis. If you're not doing well you might consider consulting a specialist in this disorder at a university hospital. Other treatments are available.
