Ob-Gyn doctor helps: After an embryo transfer, or an artificial insemination, a couple hopes to relax and go about their normal lives, without thinking about eggs, sperm, or embryos... until a pregnancy test about 3 weeks later. What will be will be. That said, cramping and bleeding (the question is vague and does not mention the location of symptoms), if pelvic or abdominal, should be discussed with their doctor now.
