Add two weeks: The number of weeks pregnant is the gestational age, and is officially counted from 2 weeks before conception. Thus if a person conceived 9 weeks ago, her gestational age is 9 + 2 = 11 weeks pregnant. Of course, all dates in a natural pregnancy are estimates, and most babies are not born on their due date (that's the way life is).
