See fertility MD: There can be many issues here. every time to lost the pregnancy at the same age of gestation is not normal,(Coincidence??) You and your wife should see a fertility specialist and get a thorough work up. the conditions needs to be addressed are like Lupus, antiphospholipid Ab syndrome and like those. If these are the culprit in that case these can be treated and a normal pregnancy can be achieved.
