Numbness : It sounds like nerve damage. The nerves can be damaged from direct pressure. Hopefully, with time they will heal, sometimes it takes up to a year, usually 1-3 months. The only things you can do to help this is to avoid pressure to the area and a good lifestyle should see a doctor for a firm opinion
