I had anal sex and a week later i had sore in anal region which resolved in 3 days and 4 weeks later i had a bad flu for another 3 days which resolved & 2 weeks later i again got fever & chills for just one night & it resolved. is it hiv signs?

Possibly HIV: The sore is not due to HIV. It could be trauma, but you need to be checked for herpes and syphilis. Some but not all your symptoms could be due to HIV, herpes, or syphilis. See a doctor ASAP. Good luck.
