Usually no symptoms : Most abdominal aneurysms, including those of the aorta, renal, or splanchnic arteries, produce no symptoms. If something bad is going on or about to happen they can produce abdominal or back pain, depending on their location. Rarely can they cause bloody vomiting, diarrhea, urine or, even more rare than these, sudden heart failure. Rupture can be associated with fainting and low blood pressure.
