What else could a pulse in my abdomen mean, besides an aneurysm?

AAA must be rule out: If you have an abdominal pulsation then the most important thing to rule out is a aaa, an abdominal aortic aneurysm. AAA can burst without warning. Please get evaluated by your doctor.

Thin?: In a thin person with a relaxed abdominal wall, a normal aorta pulse can be felt. Discuss it with your doctor who might answer the question by physical exam, but may recommend an ultrasound if there's a question.
