I have an outbreak on my skin,i have small rash pimples that are pink. sometimes they are big and have yellow puss in them i have black heads?

Keeping the skin clean and dry by avoiding excessive sweating & friction can help. Sometimes Antibiotics and more professional intervention may be needed. So see the PCP . Meanwhile avoid close contact with others, so it does not spread to them.
