Skin bacteria ...: One probably has a skin infection, furunculosis aka boils. These are usually caused by a common skin bacteria- staph. aureus . Keeping the skin clean and dry by avoiding excessive sweating & friction can help. Sometimes Antibiotics and more professional intervention may be needed. So see the PCP . Meanwhile avoid close contact with others, so it does not spread to them.
