Swollen throat and glands in neck with no fever, post-nasal drip, sinus pressure and headache, cough occasionally. what could this be?

PND, sinus: Can be sinusitis either bacterial or from allergies. Both bacterial sinusitis and allergies can cause PND, headaches, cough sinus pressure and swelling of glands from the PND. Have you tried Zyrtec or Benadryl for possible allergies? Motrin / Aleve, if not allergic ,can also reduce swelling pain. F/u/ w/ urgent care to determine source.Rarely could be EBV but that does not usually have PND.
