I have been experiencing sneezing, nasal congestion, post-nasal drip, a frequent dry cough, sore throat, extremely swollen tonsils with white exudate, and no fever for around 12 days. what should i do?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Given the duration of the symptoms, it would be prudent to see a doctor. In the meantime, try gargling with warm saline solution. Wish you good health!
