I have had this pain for some time and it is not getting better. i cant take nsaids since i have ibs. my back now hurts to breath, and move around is getting harder. stiffness and pain is getting unbearable,?

Time to see your doc: It sounds like you had an explanation or a lead to begin with for your back pain that you tolerated for a while and you have tried NSAIDS or have considered them. With missing medical history, other than IBS, from significant musculoskeletal conditions to pleural and/or pericardial fluid buildup, a variety of conditions may account for your symptoms.
