I have had a small lump on the back of my neck now, for about three years. its kinda hard and noticeable only when i look down. it does not move. it appeared after i had my last child. anyone know what this could be?

Neck nodule : May be a cyst, or fibroma. Lipomas-benign fat tumor tend to be soft If on the side may be a lymph node but three years is a long time for lymph node enlargement. Would follow up with dermatology for a diagnosis and biopsy and possible removal.
