I have surgery in a week. i think i might have a cold. or maybe my allergies have been flaring up due to the weather changing. today is the last day i can take medicine. what can i do to make it better? or at least make me feel better

Relax: If it helps an herbal tea, chamomile or other product may help you relax. If the anesthesia people think your cold/congestion or whatever is a problem they will reschedule. Most minor congestion from these issues is not a reason to cancel. Just get good rest & nutrition while you wait.
