My wife started using targinact and now she has a drastic blurring in her vision, could it be related and should we be worried?

Exam needed: This prolonged acting pain reliever has an opioid as well as naloxone. It's difficult to know whether her blurry vision is due to the medication or whether the blurry vision is due to an eye disorder, low blood pressure or low blood sugar. I recommend that she be examined and tested by her MD and then a referral to an ophthalmologist may be advised. Is she still taking targinact and why? ?needed.
