See neurologist.: This could be many things. Does not have to be exclusively due to the pregnancy, but may be more common in pregnancy. One of the most common causes for double vision, is a condition known as myesthenia gravis.but again, too many things. Perhaps little bit more history, but, for her sake, I would get her to a neurologist.
