Should not increase: or reduce the risk. The risk of endometrial cancer comes from unopposed estrogen from your ovaries or indirectly from the adrenal androgen conversion to estrogen. Irregular ovulations, polycystic ovarian syndrome, these can be a cause of increased risk.
