A doctor has provided 1 answer

Arms, legs, vision..: Multiple sclerosis is a chronic disease that damages the central nervous system {the brain, spinal cord, and optic (eye) nerves}. MS symptoms can be mild, such as numbness in the arms or legs, or can be severe, such as loss of vision. Symptoms can come and go, with the severity and progress of symptoms being hard to predict. Different patients can have different types of symptoms.
