My husband has been getting very hard pimple like bumps in the pit of his arm. it has a white head but when tried to extra it's very sore and only fluid comes out. but is duplicates quickly. there are now 5 bumps. what can it be or what can be used?

Infection likely: This site has many glands that open tp the skin surface. It is possible that simple skin germs like staph have invaded those pores and are triggering localized abscess formation. Moist heat may improve circulation enough for these to self heal but this may require a doc visit/exam & prescribed meds to stop the recurrences.
