Late 3rd TM ?'s: In the late third TM, a brown discharge probably represents the fetus "dropping" lower in the birth canal, which opens the upper cervical canal, leading to a little bleeding (brown discharge). See your OB physician to see if your membranes are ruptured, producing the water discharge.
