pain where clavicle meets shoulder. it seems to be movable compared to my other shoulder which seems fixed? separated shoulder? can i still do push up

Separated shoulder : You seem to describe a separated shoulder. This seems unstable. I would not do push-ups until told otherwise. I would say an orthopedic is the best person to evaluate you.

Not recommended: As it will delay healing. Gradual physical therapy will be needed in order to allow for recovery.
