I am on meloxicam. i completely forgot and had a horrible headache and accidentally took 4 200mg ibuprofen. will i be okay? i know im not supposed to do that, just slipped my mind.

Unlikely: if taking on a regular basis this may be a problem. A one-time dose should not cause problems.
