More or less: Telmikind is telmisartan, an angiotensin receptor blocker or ARB, while telmikind H has aside from telmisartan a low dose of HCTZ, which is a diuretic commonly used in combination with ARB. Would suggest calling your prescriber as the change may have been intended as such.
