Facial Injury: More details would be helpful. I assume you had x-rays and there was no fractures? How long ago was the injury? Enzoflam reduces pain and fever, and contains an NSAID that can reduce inflammation and swelling, but depending on the extent of the soft tissue injury, it may take a while to notice any results. You may need to consult with a specialist if there is no response soon.
