Doctor can evaluate: A woman in her 60's with new pain under the ribs plus nausea... may be having heart attack chest pain with nausea. That means not waiting at home to see if it turns into a more serious condition. The safest thing to do is call 911 for an ambulance (or call one's local emergency number) to go to the ER. As the saying goes, "better safe than sorry."
