Yes: Heart attack symptoms can last two days. Heart attack symptoms come in three general categories: typical symptom, atypical and no reported symptoms. Not sure what you are feeling but people sometimes think they have a heart attack and don't. A very common reason for chest pain is stomach (upper GI) problems. It's hard to understand your concerns without more details.
