Palpitations: Benign palpitations usually don't lead to a heart attack. There are monitors that can be worn for upto a month or a week if needed to capture the extra beats. Again, most of these are not life threatening and can be controlled, but first the monitor needs to identify and capture the arrhythmia.

Get result: The monitor will likely show the arrhythmias. Risk, or lack of risk, wil guide therapy. There are very serious or non serious occurrences.
