I had an mri and was told i have a severe sinus infection in every sinus in my head ...i also have severe shoulder pain....is this due to infection?

Unlikely: Mri is not a good test for looking at the sinuses but it can often detect fluid and inflammation. These findings on MRI are not usually related strictly to sinus infection. Though possible, a connection between your sinuses and your shoulder is unlikely. More history about your shoulder pain would be helpful.
