Recurrent sinus infection 10 day 200 doxycyline cleared it but it returned a few day so later, do i need another course or different antibiotic?

Eval needed: Evaluation by your initial prescriber would be needed. Not all sinus infections benefit from antibiotics as many are viral. Antibiotics are also mild antinflammatories and may help with symptoms while taken. Ideally follow up with ENT would be needed in case your symptoms persist.
