Hard to guess: Skin patches or blotches are hard to describe in words. A doctor's exam in-person or by video can help decide what spots on the stomach might be. Spots can be "post-inflammatory," the residual effects of an earlier rash. Spots can be eczema (sensitive, dry skin), fungal infections (tinea corporis or versicolor), psoriasis (autoimmune disorder), reactions with chemicals or allergens, etc...
