Severe upper n lower back pain inc shoulder&neck, abdominal & pelvic sharp pain still constant for weeks after prolonged 2 months vaginal bleeding which ended last week.went gynae ysterdy (-) preg tst,ultrasound seems ok, dr have no idea wht hppning.

"period" extended ?: Sustained bleeding for "two months" with back/abdominal pain and an "OK ultracound and negative pregnancy test, should be evaluated by orthopedic physician and hormonal testing by your gyn physician. A pregnancy outside the uterus must be ruled out as well. Pregnancy tests with urine may not detect an ectopic pregnancy.
