Yes: Appetite suppressants by rx such as Phentermine and diethylproprione are fine to be taken. You just need to be monitored at least once per month by your doctor. Doc needs to follow all vitals like your blood pressure pulse weight as well as your thyroid labs, t3, (liothyronine) t4, and tsh.
