I have had an anal fissure which i went for an op for, it has since healed. now i do feel lumps that are itchy and simetime painful. is there a way to heal this besides operating?

Fissures: You can use a topical agent for relief. Dietary change, especially adopting a high fiber diet and keeping stools soft is treatment for fissures.
