Most likely : What you describe sounds like a hemorrhoid. To avoid inflammation make sure you eat plenty of fiber and fluid. Warm water with epsom salt bath is also effective to reduce the size but if it does not hurt leave it alone. It'll most likely get smaller. If it does not, see a doctor.
