Im having abdominal pains its hurting and my period is late. the pain feels like period pains and its been there for more than 5 days. i havent had any bleeding i took a pregnancy test and the result line was very light not dark so im confused ?

Pregnancy can: be associated with some level of pain and cramping, but this needs evaluation by your doctor, blood tests and ultrasound, for location and viability. An ovarian cyst can also be causing pain as well.
