.?ectopic pregnancy?: You might have an ectopic pregnancy(pregnancy/implantaion outside of the uterous), which can present with a missed period, abdominal pain, and nausea. Call and see your doctor, who after an examination, may order a bhcg-ria blood test to determine if there is a viable or non-viable pregnancy and what treatment may be needed. Ectopic preg assoc with 12%maternal deaths in 1st trimester.Call your md.

?Pregnant?: It's not clear to me if you had urine or serum pregnancy test. If still no menses i would suggest serum HCG test as urine HCG tests are usually accurate 6-12 days after ovulation but due to fluctuating HCG levels it can take up to 4 weeks in some people to stabilize. Also if you do repeat with urine pregnancy test use urine after you wake up first thing in am. As this has most concentration of hcg.

Can repeate HPT in : A week if no period still. Reasons for missed/late periods: low body weight, obesity, marked weight ^ or v, over-exercise, endurance athletics, breast-feeding, ^ stress, illness, eating disorders, anovulatory cycle (no egg released), travel, hormone irregularities, drug use, meds (i.e., birth control) or medical problems. #1 reason is pregnancy. Can have premenstrual sxs w/o ovulation.
