Leg pain : Pain in the back of the lower leg can be from the gastrocnemius muscle. If it is near the heel it may be an Achilles tendon problem. If it's near the calf then it can be from a nerve problem (from the back or proximal to the knee). Your pain can also be from a circulation problem. As you can tell you need to see a doctor in person for a firm answer.
