You might have anisakiasis -- caused by the anasakis parasite, a worm common in salmon. Raw salmon is supposed to be frozen (and then thawed) before eating; freezing kills the worm. Both your symptoms and onset timing are typical. Skin rash does not usually occur, but has been reported in a few cases. Although unpleasant, anisakiasis is harmless and symptoms clear up quickly in a few days.
