This can be from: irregular ovulation. Testing for hormone levels, insulin resistance, and ultrasound to evaluate the uterine lining and ovarian cysts, can be helpful. If you wish to achieve a pregnancy, the sooner you get this checked the better. If you don't want a pregnancy, birth control pills can help for now.
