A member asked:

I weigh about 500 pounds. i've been having some tooth pain, but the dentist can't see me for close to another month. i've been taking tynenol but 4000mg isn't cutting it. with my weight would it be safe to take more?

Tooth pain: Tooth pain indicates advanced infection which is placing additional strain on your other organs. Tylenol blocks pain, doesn't treat infection. You are already taking the maximum recommended daily dose. Too much can cause liver failure. Your Dentist will have to titrate the dose for you for effectiveness/safety. If your Dentist can't see you for a month, you may have to seek treatment elsewhere.
