No: It is not possible to send a message on HealthTap to a particular doctor. We do not provide medical advice or care on this forum, but just information. Conversations with doctors are through our other forum, that you reach by selecting Talk To Doctor. There, you get a private consultation. Currently, users cannot "follow" a doctor, but "following" may have been a feature in past years.
