Month ago doc said it was muscle strain in left leg+lower back. ive been taking 2 meds (muscle relaxer+anti inflammatory) for 30 days im on last day and ive been doing stretching she recommended but i still am feeling stiff lower back and left leg?

Dr. and Phys.Therapy: The more common causes of lower back pain include: back muscle strain, back ligament sprain, fractured vertebra (spondylolysis), slipped vertebra (spondylolisthesis), herniated disc, spinal stenosis, spinal arthritis, urine infection, kidney infection or stone; tumor in the spine, kidney, or elsewhere; fibromyalgia, etc... One's doctor can examine again. Physical Therapist helps too.
