Hi iv'e struggled with upper back pain between along my spinal cord for a long time, was even told its just mechanical back pain, now the pain has worsened when i move,drink and eat it hurts, feels like a knife gets pierced into my back please help?

Back pain : You are best evaluated by a doctor who sees you in person. Having pain in the back with drinking and eating is not common. It can be pain referred from the esophagus or stomach. You may need to see a GI specialist or have and CT or MRI of your back.
