Hello! i have a irritatable itch, for 3 days now, in the back of my mouth/throat. it doesn't hurt when i eat/drink. it's a minor-medium itch. i don't have other symptoms. i was wondering if i should be concerned with this being a symptom of covid-19?

No, I have not read a case of Covid-19 infection with that lone symptom. You should pay attention to any new products you use daily for oral care such as toothbrush, toothpaste , mouth wash solution, etc. or even foods or fruits. Some chemical residue on the fruit can have that allergic effect. Good luck!

I agree with Dr. Le. Oral allergy best fits your symptoms. Try to think of any triggers. Sometimes the oral manifestations have a cross sensitivity with other allergic type reactions you've experienced in the past even though they may have previously involved the skin or other parts of your body. Consult an allergist as needed.
