What do you take for over-the-counter sinus infection (no nasal spray) "i get headaches from them"?

Sinus Infection: If you really have a sinus infection there is nothing over the counter that will cure the infection. You need to be on antibiotics. If you have sinus drainage then products such as Mucinex (guaifenesin) are helpful.

Oral meds / Neti: Nothing really works well, but for intermittent congestion you could use an oral decongestant such as phenylephrine or pseudoephedrine. Talk to your pharmacist. Could also use nasal rinses or washes (Neti pot) or a nasal saline spray.
