Blocked ear: Blocked sensation in the ear can be from wax build-up or blockage of the eustachian tube which connects the back of the nose to the middle ear. Nasal congestion with mucus can do this as in a head cold. This can cause dizziness and nausea. Diarrhea suggests a viral infection. If your nose feels blocked, apply a nasal decongestant spray and gently irrigate with clean warm water. See MD as needed.
