I have arthritis and fibromyalgia. i have tingling in my hands and feet. however i have also got tingling all over my body at random times, bottom lip, scalp, arms and legs,fingers and feet. i have bulging discs in my back. could this be the cause?

Yes: You have symptoms that definitely can be attributed to more than 1 source, including bulging discs. The devil is in details and would suggest sticking with same team that was treating you as other possible causes my surface as well.
